Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ink & Needle Creations. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made on www.inkneedlecreations.store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please be sure of your purchase before completing your transaction.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to our error, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please email us at inkneedlecreations@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

3. Replacement Authorization

Upon receiving your email, we will review the issue and, if the problem is found to be caused by us, we will authorize a replacement. Please note that replacements are issued only for items that are deemed defective or damaged due to our error.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
